Case 133 – Housing company stops residents from hanging pictures and placing ornaments in the corridors

A resident lives in a block of flats managed by a housing company. The corridors have recently decorated by the housing company (at residents expense) and they have been told that they cannot hang pictures up or put ornaments on window sills as they pose a health and safety risk in that they could fall off and hit someone.
