It is already that time of year again where the Fork Lift Truck Association (FLTA) are looking for entries for their much-coveted award, and hand the winners the Archie statuette.
The FLTA’s Annual Awards of Excellence are asking for entries for the best people, products and services throughout the industry. The applications will then be considered for only a handful of awards that are on offer.
There are awards available for those who have gone above and beyond when making and implementing changes within the industry. The competition is open to individuals, companies, manufacturers, teams as well as those who operate or own a forklift truck.
There are four key product and service categories i.e. Environment, Ergonomics, Safety and Innovation.
Entries are required before the 30th September 2017, so if you think you or someone you know deserves such recognition then the time to act is now. Winners of these awards are subject to huge amounts of media and will be given the highest recognition. The promotion given to the individual or company is something that money cannot buy and so it is certainly worth taking the trouble to enter.
The winners will be announced on 24th February 2018 at the International Centre in Telford. For more information, visit the FLTA website
In the meantime, if you’re looking for forklift training or you have staff to put through training, we at Forklift Agency can help. We provide health and safety approved forklift training, refresher or novice, and at a time and place to suit you. We don’t even charge for travelling costs.
